While actor Paul Reubens (aka Pee-wee Herman) and his lawyer contend that items seized from his home were merely part of his "vast and valuable historical collection of artwork, kitsch memorabilia, and adult erotica," Los Angeles prosecutors have blasted that claim, detailing for the first time the alleged child pornography found in the star's Hollywood Hills when police executed a November 2001 search warrant. According to this excerpt from a legal filing made yesterday (2/11) by the L.A. City Attorney, investigators found kiddie porn magazines like "Teen Nudes," "101 Boys," and "Young and Ready," as well as "pornography movies of adolescent children engaged in masturbation and various other sex acts." Herman, 50, has been charged with a single misdemeanor child porn count. (3 pages)
